Mary Beth
Mary Beth is the owner of The Yoga Space. She was drawn to yoga for the physical benefits and was so completely transformed by the practice she earned her 200 hour certification from Asheville Yoga Center. She is passionate about sharing yoga with the community and is looking forward to growing a thriving yoga space in Berea.

Stephanie
Stephanie is excited to share the yoga that has sustained her personal practice for the past 25 years. She has a background in movement having taught Ballet and Modern Dance in addition to Hatha yoga. She has her 200 hour RYT certification and is looking forward to sharing all she loves about the practice: the breath work, the stillness, and being present in the body.

Renee
Renee has never found a movement she didn’t like. A YA 200-ERYT, certified personal trainer, bio- mechanist, and Thai Yoga Bodywork practitioner, endurance runner and obstacle course racer. She believes in the trinity of alignment: structure, strength, and mobility; all of which you can find in any of the classes she teaches. To her the practice of yoga is “sacred, but not serious”, as she encourages curiosity, exploration, and play so that we may find our individual path to the inner peace and physical joy that already exists in our body, mind, and spirit.

Jan
Jan is a 500 hour RYT with 8 years of teaching experience. She lives in Berea with her wiener dog Josie and works as a pharmacist at the local hospital. Jan loves vegan cooking, poetry, hiking, and camping. Her classes focus on core strength, flexibility, and relaxation. She wants all that leave her class to feel more centered in their body and more quiet in their mind.

Beth Feagan
Beth started teaching yoga in high school when she wanted to take a yoga class. “How about you teach!” said her coach. So, she did. After a lifetime of yogic practice, she decided it was time to make it official. In 2023, she earned her 200 hour YTT at La Casa Shambala on Koh Phangan, Thailand. In 2025, she earned a 100 hour Trauma-Informed Mindfulness Facilitator Certification at the Om Place here in KY. Beth’s daily yoga and meditation practices sustain her in this busy world. Beth teaches Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation in a cozy rest nest. Even if you fall asleep, you still receive the benefits: deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Yoga Nidra is suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Sue Reimondo
Sue loves the outdoors. She is an avid hiker, biker, skier, and swimmer. She thought yoga would be “too easy” but decided to give it a try and quickly realized there was much more to yoga than she realized. She developed a serious practice twelve years ago and completed a RYS 200-hour yoga teacher training to become a certified yoga instructor in 2017. In 2018, she completed training in basic and advanced mat Pilates to become a certified Pilates instructor. Her classes are a marriage of yoga and Pilates. Her goal is to help students develop a greater awareness and appreciation of how our breath, core strength, muscle strength, and flexibility work together to create ease and grace in our bodies and spirits both on and off the mat. One of the best things about yoga is that it is not a competitive sport but rather a way to fall in love with our own bodies for all that they can do for us. Sensation rather than shape is key to developing a practice the honors the delightful uniqueness of all students as we practice together.
